Fast… we are awaiting the decision on our $75,000 MAHT Grant. Hopefully, we’ll know by the end of today, January 15th. Fast, because we exceeded our fall campaign fundraising goal!
Focused… we are focused on finalizing the annual report and submitting two grant applications by the end of the month. Along with focusing on completing the annual affiliate reporting requirements detailing the neighbors we served and the investment we made in the community. Focused on the volunteer committee and their aspirations for 2021!
Fired-up! We should ALL be excited about this year and the opportunities that will present themselves. It may even be a year filled with MORE opportunities than last year! Imagine that!
First 100 days of 2021 - This will be especially exciting because of the BIG WIN we’ll experience!

The Annual National Rebuilding Together Affiliate Survey is due by end of the month. We need to upgrade SalesForce with customized reporting to answer all of the affiliate questions.
Payroll Protection Program ll - We do not qualify for the 2nd round. Need to have had revenue in one quarter of 2020 be at least 25% LESS than the same quarter in 2019. We INCREASED revenue every quarter in 2020 over 2019!
HUD Announces $10 Million in Capacity Building Grants for Rural America - The national office will receive $2.4 million of these funds. STAY TUNED!
Genevieve & I are in the home stretch. We are continuing our remote classes at USC for the Executive Certificate on Home Modification. We have complete 3 of the 5 courses needed for “graduation.” This was funded by an educational grant ($2,000) provided by the National Office.
I will be attending the Nonprofit Leadership Institute at the Mid-Shore Community Foundation for a 4-session program entitled, “Strategic Planning Intensive.”
